For all you bears who need help sleeping, I recorded one of the nicest children’s stories I could think of for you to listen to and enjoy. The Missing Piece by Shel Silverstein is all about learning to love yourself and take care of yourself so that you can roll along and live happily. My best friend read it to me once when I was feeling pretty down, and now hopefully it can cheer you up as well.
